Positive Solutions Group, LLC provides mediation, facilitation and training services to individuals and organizations. Founded in 2005 by Jane Dittmar, former President of the Charlottesville Chamber of Commerce and former Chairperson of the Albemarle Board of Supervisors and Philip LaMar, an attorney with both law and business backgrounds, Positive Solutions Group is an outgrowth of their experience mediating and facilitating “positive solutions” to problems and conflicts for their clients, customers and employees.
Today, Positive Solutions Group and its Panel of Mediators bring years of experience to bear on successfully helping clients resolve their issues through mediation and facilitation. Our mediators come from a variety of specialties and backgrounds. Members of our mediator panel hold law licenses from the Virginia, Maryland, Missouri and Illinois State Bars, mediation certifications from the Supreme Court of Virginia and professional backgrounds including law, education, business, insurance, publishing and government.
