Positive Solutions Group, LLC is pleased to announce that the following mediators on its panel of mediators have been recertified by the Virginia Supreme Court. Mediators in the Commonwealth must be recertified every two years to maintain eligibility to receive referrals for mediation from Virginia Courts.
PSG co- founder, Jane Dittmar, and PSG Panelists Don Morin and Eric Paltell have been recertified to mediate cases referred to them from General District and Circuit Courts.
PSG co-founder, Phil LaMar, certified since 2004, has been recertified to mediate cases referred to him from the following courts: General District, Juvenile and Domestic Relations, Circuit Court-Civil, Circuit Court- Family and the Court of Appeals of Virginia.
