At this year’s Annual Conference of the Virginia State Bar, Positive Solutions Group’s mediator and co-founder Phil LaMar was awarded a Certificate of Appreciation. This was in recognition of his more than Fifty Years of service as a member of the Bar of the Commonwealth of Virginia.
